Mill A
Our major milling partner has learned his craft in Japan where he studied and worked for some years.
His daily processing capacity exceeds 300 metric tons of paddy.
The core machines are from Satake, colour sorting is done by a big Sortex color sorter and elevators and sorting drums are of Thai origin.
When I visited this mill some years ago for the first time I asked myself if I am back in Germany or in Switzerland, so neat and clean was everything.
With this partner we can be sure to have state of the art processing technology, know how and diligent craftmanship. The result is an unsurpassed qualitiy of Hom Mali Aromatic Rice when combined with the superb paddy our farmers grow.

Mill B
Our second milling partner is a small family run mill with traditional Thai machinery and superb craftmanship. This mill has invested into a large superb double throughput Sortex colour sorter which the run at with a low throughput achieving superb results even with difficult sorting and high reject rates.Due to the unique layout this mill  is predestined to work our coloured rice varietes for us. Also the smaller daily capacity is a good match for these lower volume varieties.If you request quote for color sorted Red or Black Rice we reject up to 10% which is very high for any sorting process. To our knowledge we are the only company doing full colour sorting of colored rice.
