Bruno Fischer (born 1958) is the founder and sole shareholder of FTS Germany and the majority shareholder of FTS Thailand.
Over the last 35 years he has established and grown a number of successful organic food companies including a Natural Foods Mailorder Business (in the the late 1970th and 80th), a leading organic meat processing plant with shops (in the 1980/90), a major plant and brand for vegetarian meat analogues, breadspreads and condiments (also in the 1980/90th) . The last company he founded and grew before establishing Foodtech Solutions was Natumi AG, a producer of "milk" from Soya, Rice and Oats.
All of these companies are "alife and kickin" and continue to grow in size and market penetration.
Bruno loves to work but not less he enjoys reading, swimming, bicycling in the woods around Eitorf, dancing (ballroom and latin) and rollerskating.
Beside Bruno the core people of FTS are
Helene Warketin (born 1982). She started working with Bruno 2004 at Natumi. Today she is the Chief Admistrative Office both for FTS and FTS Thailand and continues to act as key account manager for some long term clients.
In her free time she enjoys learning, reading and relaxing with friends.
Ananya Kaewsrisupawong (born 1972). After some years in corporate banking and working with a number of International NGOs and Aid Missions Ananya has workd with Bruno on his Thai rice project almost from day one. Today she is the General Manager of FTS Thailand.
She works part of the time from our Bangkok office and the rest of the time directly with the farmer groups in AmnatCharoen. She is responsible for all communication with the farmers groups. She also coordinates the FTS Thai newsletter we issue for our Farmers. Ananya is a shareholder of FTS Thailand.
In her spare time she enjoys her dogs, reading, going to the temple and savouring the delicious food of Thailand.
Malai Suichom (born 1984) has worked with FTS since 2009 and joined the team fulltime in 2011.
After she finished her BA in Business Administration we are happy that she continues to work with us in serving the organic rice farmers community. Malai organizes the internal auditors, supervises quality matters in the field and runs our local office in AmnatCharoen.
Beside work she is engaged in local politics and enjoys working in her familiy farm during peak seasons.
Kriangkai Panyachatraksa (born 1987) earned a Masters degree in International Ecomics and Finance from Chulalongkorn University, he started working with us in 2009 while still at the university and is fulltime with us since 2010.
As the Export Manager of FTS Thailand he takes care of all export related activities including our Bangkok Warehouse and is the main contact for the Thai surveyors and forwarders we work with.
As he is a capable researcher he also assists Bruno with our different R&D projects in Thailand:
Carbon Sequestiation, GPS Mapping and Soil Fertility.Kriangkai is a shareholder of FTS Thailand.
Kriangkai loves to play soccer and being chased by beautiful and charming girls ;-)
