To control the product quality as we consider nessecary we sell our rice containerized only.

We sell exclusivey based on Incoterms 2010.

As there have been quite a number of important changes from Incoterms 2000, we strongly suggest you get the full text with the standard commentary from the ICC. The book is available from your local Chamber of Commerce.

If you want to organize the seatransport yourself the standard clause we will use is FCA Laem Chabang or Bangkok Port. You name us your carrier to whom we deliver the goods to a his container terminal or warehouse in the Greater Bangkok Area or ín the vicininty of Laem Chabang Port.
A delivery under FOB terms is NOT possible as this is reserved for bulk / non containerized items.

If you want to receive the goods delivered to your port on entry where you do will the import clearance and handling we will sell to you under the CPT term. The place of destination will regularly the port of destination before unloading.

If you want to have us insure the goods to the place of destination we would use the CIP terms.

In case of selling organic rice into Europe it is often advisable to have us sell to you under the DAP clause in which case we facilitate the clearance for import as organic in accordance with Council Regulation (EC) 834/2007 and subsequent ammendments.

When sea transport is purchased under standard clause risks are only covered at minimum (Maritime Clause C) and in case of loss leaves a considerable commercial risk uncovered.
If we supply CPT, DAP or DDP we do cover our goods under the best standard clause available which is Maritime Standard Clause A. The additional cost compared to Maritime Standard Clause C are 0,3% of value of goods which will be included in our relevant offer.
